MS. MOLLY BEHYMER
I developed an interest in catering while living in South America and witnessed the beautiful food displays and attention to detail both visually and extremely tasteful. When I returned to the United States, I was General Manager of a few restaurants but couldn’t shake my desire to be a caterer. In 2004, I opened the doors to my first professional catering kitchen and café. I quickly developed an extensive client list which grew every year. I am still serving the needs of my very first customers. All of my business growth resulted from word of mouth recommendations.
In 2011, I was approached to mass produce food products for various companies under their labels. I relished the exciting new venture and quickly added kitchens, personal and a host of new product lines for individual labels. The addition of this new line necessitated the construction of my own building to move my business from the original 2, 000 square foot area to an over 18,000 square foot, state of the art production and catering kitchen. Although my growth has been epic, I still insist on homemade production and freshly cooked, sliced and prepared dishes. I have remained an on-site owner, consistently monitoring my products for quality and perfection.
